Please be aware that you're ordering from an independent author. Whilst there may be occasions when things are in stock, please allow up to four weeks for your orders to arrive (don't worry, everything is shipped with a tracking number).
The process explained:
1. You place a book order.
2. Our team orders the book from the publisher.
3. Matt Shaw receives the book.
4. He signs and packages it and then ships direct to you.
5. If at any stage you wish to know the progress of your order, you're more than welcome to reach out. If the item has already been posted, you will be given the tracking information so you can keep check of it yourself.
Other terms and conditions:
6. Unwanted Returns: Should you wish to return a product, you may do so but shipping would be at your expense. Once the book is returned in a sell-able condition, and so long as there are no signs of it being read, you will be refunded your original purchase amount.
7. Defective returns: If for some reason you receive a book which has incorrect printing or other technical issues, you will be sent a replacement free of charge. This does not include damage caused in transit although we do all we can to avoid such issues.
8. Cancelled orders. Should you wish to cancel your order, this can be done - with a full refund - so long as the book order has not been placed with the supplier. If the order has been placed with the supplier, the printing cost of the book will be deducted from your refund due. This fee varies and can be discussed prior to processing the refund. Again, if the book has not been ordered from the supplier - a full refund will be given.
9. It is the customers' duty to ensure their address is correct. If you notice a mistake and the products have not been sent, we can make adjustments. Once the books have been posted, there is - unfortunately - nothing we can do.
10. If an order is placed which includes a pre-order item, the whole order will be held until the pre-order's release. If you wish to get the other books earlier, please do two different orders.
