WRITER'S RETREAT

Coming from within UK?
1 day - £175.00
2 days - £300.00

- 9am until 7pm
- Pick up from Winchester / Eastleigh train station
- Lunch / Dinner
- Drop off to train station
- One-to-one bespoke help with writing / publishing
- (2 days) private bedroom with kingsize bed
- (2 days) breakfast, lunch, dinner
- Shared bathroom

HORRORDAYS (VACATION)
Monday to Friday - £800.00
Friday to Monday - £900.00
(additional person you'd be sharing a bed with = +£150.00)

TERMS AND CONDITIONS
1. Full payment of the above amount MUST be made 30 days prior to arrival. Payment can only be made by PayPal to [email protected].
2. Check dates with Matt at [email protected] ahead of paying deposit
3. Deposit paid here is non-refundable but with notice (30 days+), dates can be changed for free.
4. There is a dog and a cat living in the house so if you're allergic, please keep in mind we will not be moving the pets out while you're here.
5. Food and drink when out of the house is NOT included. Only food / drink consumed within the house is included for meals.
6. No smoking property
7. No illegal substances
8. When in London, a contact-less debit card would be required for underground use.
9. Upon purchasing you will be sent an invoice of plan agreed and payment due date (30 dates prior to arrival).
10. Refunds will not be possible but if trip is cancelled for legitimate reasons, we will work with you to ensure you can rebook for another date at no additional cost.
11. You will be stepping into Matt Shaw's home and as such will be asked to treat the it as your own. Threatening behaviour or attempted removal of his personal property will not be tolerated and you will be removed from the premises.
